If so, you are probably very normal. Most of us struggle to be heard and struggle to understand why our communication does not yield the results we expect.
The problem is that every one of us has a voice in our head that tells us what reality is. And it is always right! But if that is true then why aren’t we more effective and successful? The truth is that the voice in our head is NOT always right. That is why miscommunication is the norm.
Once we understand that voice and learn how to deal with it, we can engage much more effectively with the world around us.

- To identify the primary roots of ineffective interpersonal interaction.
- To overcome fear as a primary driver of interpersonal interaction.
- To surface and confront the change obstacle of “normal behavior” as an impediment to excellence.
- To learn how to adopt abnormal behaviors in order to create the habits of highly effective interpersonal interaction
- To understand the concept of “shared definitions” as the first building block for successful communication.
